About The Job:
- We are seeking a skilled and proactive Release Train Engineer (RTE) with over 5 years of experience to lead Agile Release Train (ART) execution and delivery.
- This is a 6-month contractual role based in Pune with a hybrid working model.
- The RTE will act as a servant leader and coach, facilitating program-level processes and execution, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment across Agile teams.
- Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams.
- Track and report ART metrics and progress to stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Drive relentless improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.
- Ensure compliance with SAFe principles and Agile best practices.
- Support change management and adoption of Agile practices across the organization.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile project/program management or RTE roles.
- Strong understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience facilitating large-scale Agile ceremonies and managing multiple Scrum teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, Confluence, or similar.
- Ability to identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks.
