Job Role - Release Train Engineer
Location – Remote (Preferred Atlanta location)

Bill rate – $80/hr

Expr. Range – 10– 15 years

Job Description :

Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Strong experience with SAFe framework (SAFe 5/6 preferred)
Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer in large-scale Agile environments
Facilitate and coordinate all ART-level events
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of Agile metrics, flow, and value delivery
Identify, manage, and escalate program-level risks, impediments, and blockers.
Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams
Drive end-to-end program execution, ensuring predictable delivery of PI objectives.
Define, track, and communicate ART-level metrics
Track progress against PI commitments, milestones, and dependencies.
Strong experience in Agile delivery at scale, proficient in planning facilitation, dependency and risk management, and cross team coordination.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with tools like Rally
Strong servant leadership mindset
High level of ownership and accountability
Ability to work with ambiguity and complex programs
Collaborative and coaching-oriented approach

Good to Have - SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification preferred
