Job Overview

We are seeking an experiencedRelease Manager to manage release strategy, governance, coordination, and operational excellence forAI Operations and Platform Engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working across Agile, DevOps, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, infrastructure deployments, and multiple technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Release Strategy & Governance

• Define and manage theenterprise release management framework for AI Operations and Platform Engineering initiatives.
• Establishrelease calendars, governance processes, approval workflows, and release standards.
• Conductrelease readiness reviews and facilitate go/no-go decisions.
• Ensure alignment acrossAgile Release Trains (ARTs), product teams, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Manage release dependencies, risks, schedules, and deployment activities.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Define and trackrelease management KPIs and operational success metrics.
• Analyze release trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Implementrelease automation and standardization initiatives.
• SupportChange Management and Platform Reliability maturity programs.
• Identify recurring release issues and develop strategies to improve release quality and reliability.

Stakeholder & Executive Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact forrelease-related activities.
• Communicate release schedules, deployment status, risks, dependencies, and issues to leadership.
• Facilitate coordination amongengineering, architecture, business operations, support teams, and vendors.
• Prepareexecutive dashboards, release reports, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate multiple teams to ensure successful release execution.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in:

  • Program Delivery
  • DevOps
  • Platform Engineering
  • IT Operations
• Experience supportingcloud-based platforms, enterprise applications, and infrastructure deployments.
• Demonstrated experience working inAgile and DevOps environments.
• Experience managingmultiple technology teams and vendors.
• Strong understanding of release governance, deployment processes, and change management.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple releases, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders simultaneously.
