Essential Job Functions:
  • Work closely with the IT Process Manager – Change & Release Management to deliver high-quality documentation and training materials
  • Support process execution, audit readiness, and continuous monitoring, improvement, and enhancement of IT processes
  • Responsible for communication and reporting of quarterly SAP Major Release deployments
  • Resolve user support tickets and execute functional testing of enhancements
  • Configure and update automated test cases using the tool’s Automated Test Framework
  • Create and maintain Power BI reports
  • Act as Digital Process Expert and POC for IT processes as part of the agile ITSM BizDevOps team

ITSM Processes – Change & SAP Release Management

  • Act as SME and POC for ITSM Change and SAP Release Management processes across the organization
  • Serve as backup and extended workbench to Corporate teams’ Process Manager
  • Participate in global projects within the IT Service Operations Management team

Process Documentation, Testing & Governance

  • Create and update process documentation and training materials
  • Conduct training sessions and Ask-the-Expert sessions
  • Perform functional testing of enhancements in the ServiceNow ITSM application
  • Prepare for and participate in process stakeholder meetings conducted by the Process Manager
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases using ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework
  • Monitor process execution for completeness
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to measure team performance
  • Maintain KPIs and reports in Power BI to measure process performance and compliance levels

SAP Release Management Responsibilities

  • Act as SME and POC for the SAP Release Management process
  • Plan and communicate major and minor release schedules, timelines, and milestones
  • Manage communication related to cutover and deployment of major releases as the SPOC
  • Manage and continuously improve SAP release deployments and related tools
  • Develop and maintain KPIs in Power BI to measure organizational performance and compliance for release management
  • Oversee and ensure timely execution of SAP retrofit and system clean-up activities
  • Support quarterly SAP Major Release deployments (4 times per year), requiring weekend work during scheduled release windows (currently one weekend each in March, June, September, and December)
Qualifications:
  • EXP- 8 – 10 years
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or International Business
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in:
    • ITIL Foundation
    • SAP
    • ServiceNow
    • Power BI
    • Scrum
    • Testing
