Description
Join our team as a Data Engineer in a hybrid setting, dividing your time between Pensacola, FL or Vienna, VA, and remote work.
This is a contract position focusing on designing and optimizing data systems.
You'll work with various technologies to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
Design and optimize data pipelines for data collection and storage.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align data solutions with business goals.
Develop APIs for secure data exchange across systems.
Support and enhance data platforms across the lending ecosystem.
Ensure data quality and system performance at scale.
Lead efforts to optimize data workflows and ensure reliability.
Mentor junior team members in data engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design data pipelines and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align data solutions with business needs.
Develop and maintain APIs for data exchange.
Support mortgage data platforms and pipelines.
Lead optimization efforts for data workflows.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in data engineering.
Advanced knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL).
Experience with data management and processing tools.
Advanced problem-solving and communication skills.
