About the Role:

The facility is looking for a Senior Reimbursement Analyst to support its Corporate Reimbursement team. This is a remote, non-clinical role focused on healthcare accounting, reimbursement analysis, and financial reporting. There is strong potential for this position to convert to a permanent role for the right fit.

If you’re solid with numbers, comfortable owning month-end processes, and experienced in healthcare finance, this is a role where your expertise will genuinely matter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules

• Perform AR valuation, contractual allowance calculations, and reserve rate analysis

• Prepare analytics and reporting related to reimbursement and net revenue

• Support Finance and Operations teams with reimbursement-related insights and variance analysis

• Work with large data sets in Excel to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities

• Help identify process inefficiencies and contribute to workflow and reporting improvements

What They’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue analytics, or healthcare accounting

• Strong accounting foundation with experience in journal entries and reconciliations

• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets

• Healthcare experience is required; medical group experience is a plus

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

• Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams

Work Environment:

• Fully remote role

• Standard business hours (8a–5p CST)

• Non-clinical, finance-focused position

• Occasional travel may be required
