Rehab Resources is seeking a Rehab Office Coordinator to join our Pediatric Outpatient Clinic in Mequon, WI.  

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30am-5:00pm

Rehab Resources is looking for a driven and organized Rehab Office Coordinator to join our incredible team!  You’ll be responsible for managing the insurance authorization process, handling data entry, maintaining schedules, assisting at the reception desk, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications 

• At least 18 years of age. 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• At least 1 year of experience in a medical field.
