JOB SUMMARY:  
The Regulatory Compliance Specialist is responsible for the administration, audit, training, and continuous improvement of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Dangerous Goods (DG), and related regulatory programs.
         
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer and Oversee TSA and DG compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulations and company standards. 
• Evaluate compliance issues, determine corrective actions, and recommend solutions. 
• Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, training materials, and awareness communications. 
• Serve as the regulatory subject matter expert and support resolution of compliance inquiries. 
• Lead audits, assessments, and compliance reviews to validate program effectiveness. 
• Manage regulatory records, reporting, and documentation requirements. 
• Support regulatory compliance with new business, customer onboarding, and operational changes. 
• Prepare and communicate compliance KPIs, metrics, and management reports. 
• Foster a culture of compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Perform any other duties and tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 

• College degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in TSA, Dangerous Goods, IATA, DOT, or regulatory administration

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attentive to detail and accurate in the execution of tasks
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 

• Physical demands are mostly consistent with a professional office setting. 
• Regular sitting at workstation for 25 – 75% of the work shift.
• Frequent standing and walking.
