Pay:$45 per hour

Always Compassionate Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. We offer flexible scheduling, weekday and weekend shifts, and immediate openings for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide trach/vent care, G-tube feedings, wound care, and post-operative care as applicable.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow individualized care plans.
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and dignity.

Requirements

• Active NYS RN license and registration.
• Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Physical examination and QuantiFERON within the past year.
• MMR titers within 10 years.
• Professional malpractice insurance and NPI number.
