Baystate Health is seekingnew graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the MedSurg/Telemetry team and Nurse Residency Program atBaystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, Massachusetts.

Our inpatient acute care team provides comprehensive nursing care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs, including telemetry and intermediate care. As a Nurse Resident, you will build a broad clinical skill set while receiving structured education, hands-on experience, and support as you transition from nursing student to professional RN.

As a MedSurg/Telemetry Nurse Resident, You Will:

• Care for patients withmedical, surgical, telemetry, and intermediate-care needs.
• Assess patients and monitor for changes in condition, including cardiac rhythms.
• Develop your skills in individualized nursing care, medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Utilizeadvanced telemonitoring technology with access to specialists and resources throughout Baystate Health.
• Work alongside astrong clinical support team, including leadership, educators, and coordinators.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification. BLS may be obtained after offer, as applicable.
