The Regional Surgery Center Administrator will provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). This role is responsible for managing facility operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and physician relationships, while ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provideoperational and financial oversight for multiple ASC facilities
• Lead day-to-day operations in collaboration with administrators, physicians, and governing boards
• Ensure compliance withregulatory, accreditation (AAAHC), and safety standards
• Develop and manageoperating, staffing, and capital budgets
• Monitor financial performance and mitigate operational risks
• Build and maintain strongphysician partnerships and medical staff relationships
• Overseecredentialing processes and contract management (vendors & physicians)
• Lead, mentor, and develop facility leadership teams
• Drivequality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives
• Partner with corporate leadership on reporting, audits, and strategic initiatives
• Identify opportunities forservice line growth and operational improvements

Must-Have Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• 5–7+ years ofhealthcare leadership experience
• Experience inAmbulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) OR hospital surgical leadership with ASC exposure
• Strong experience inmulti-site operations management
• Knowledge ofhealthcare regulatory and accreditation standards (AAAHC preferred)
• Strong financial and operational management experience
