Regional Sales Manager - Bengaluru

About RentOk: India's renting superapp — a SaaS platform that helps PG owners, hostels, and co-living operators run their entire rental business without daily chaos: rent collection, tenant management, complaint tracking, digital agreements, all in one app. Building for the 15M+ rental properties still run on WhatsApp groups and paper registers.

Role Summary: Runs cities, owns team performance not just personal revenue. Builds the playbooks, and review cadences that make results repeatable across the region, and closes the deals the team can't. A multiplier, not just a great seller.

• Assess every new hire's ramp early, coach or course-correct quickly

• Close large, multi-stakeholder deals (owner, ops head, accountant) independently

• Build at least one city-level sales playbook a new hire can execute without starting from scratch

• Own the region's outcomes end to end: revenue, demo quality, onboarding quality, retention
