This role manages the regional activation of PR and Media priorities across SEAO, aligning with global Communications strategy and regional objectives. Reporting to Regional Head of Communications, it serves as a key interface between HQ, markets, and agency partners, ensuring robust execution, seamless coordination, and continuous optimization of the Maison’s visibility and desirability across earned and paid media.

Your key responsibilities include:

Regional Strategy & Coordination (Pubic & Press Relations, etc.)
- Act as a key liaison between HQ and markets to consolidate communication calendars, priorities and requirements.
- Translate global direction into actionable regional plans supporting markets for high-quality execution.
- Manage and track budgets for related regional projects, agency and vendor expenses, ensuring financial accountability and optimal utilization.
- Facilitate cross-market collaboration and identify amplification opportunities with PR teams, agencies, and partners.
PR & Media Activation  Â
- Manage the regional deployment of PR and media plans for key campaigns, launches and strategic Maison moments.
- Coordinate and participate in regional/international press trips, press events, and key Maison moments to ensure high-quality media engagement and execution.
- Support regional PR, press and selected talent/influencer activations.
- Oversee and evaluate market media plans across all digital and offline channels, ensuring optimal alignment with overarching campaign objectives and Maison standards.
- Partner with markets and agencies to optimize activation, targeting, and investment effectiveness. Provide hands-on support as needed.
Performance, Vendor & Project Management
- Monitor PR and media KPIs, consolidate regional performance and competitive insights, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
- Facilitate campaign reviews and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, partners and selected communications projects, ensuring quality, timelines and budget discipline.
- Support the Regional Head of Communications on major regional initiatives and ad-hoc strategic projects.
YOUR PROFILE/KEY SKILLS
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in PR, media or integrated communications, ideally within luxury, fashion, beauty or a premium international brand.
- Proven track record managing campaigns, agencies and multiple stakeholders; regional or multi-market exposure is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of PR and paid media across digital and traditional channels, coupled with a strong grasp of performance and budget management.
- Highly organized, structured, and excellent project management capabilities, adept at navigating complex regional projects, competing priorities, budgets, and timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
- Digital savvy and curious about emerging media, influence and communication trends.
- Ability to effectively manage and influence diverse stakeholders within a matrix set-up.
- Show deep sensitivity to local cultures and respect the cultural dynamics across SEAO.
- Ability to work flexible hours as dictated by project needs, with regular travel across SEAO and internationally for press trips, events and activations (15-20%).
