Regional OnSite Specialist - Brighton, MI

Position Summary:

Support dailyOnSiteoperations, withinan assigned area, with a focus onproviding uninterruptedaccount coverage,on the jobtraining, and educationto OnSite specialists. 

Essential duties & responsibilities: (detailed description) 

• Provide clinical surgical support by managing all relevant equipment as it pertains to various account specific contracted scopes of work and functions. 

• Leadtimely and effective on-the-job training and onboarding activities for OnSite Specialists. Provide education on multiple products, processes, and complex situations. 

• Coordinatesdaily operations with OnSite leaders to ensure effective execution and assessments of staffing and training. 

• Remain available to fillanticipated or unplanned staffing gaps. 

• Anticipate related device needs of the OR staff and surgeon during surgical procedures. Coach Onsite specialists on the importance ofanticipating customer needs during surgical procedures.  

• Provides physicians and OR personnel with information on new and current minimally invasive surgical products.   

• Ensure effective surgical care to patients as related to third party and Stryker Endoscopy equipment. 

• Demonstrate andmaintain knowledge of a broad variety of minimally invasive Stryker and third-party surgical equipment and instruments.  

• Responsible for troubleshooting andmaintaining Stryker Endoscopy equipment. 

• Must be able to accurately record and report data metrics related to all specific job functions daily.   

• Responsible for communicating updates on account information to ensure continuoushigh levels of service.  

• Drives adherence with team members to ensure complianceofappropriate regulations, policies, and industry standards. 

• Effectively build andmaintain relationships with surgeons, patients, OR personnel, Central Processing, Biomed, SalesRepresentatives, OR Management, Hospital Administration, and other Stryker employees and partners. 

• Must be able to analyze and resolve both routine and non-routine product issues expediently using independent judgment.  

• Adhere to all Stryker and medical facility policies, standards, and procedures.  

• Communicates OnSite escalations in partnership withappropriate stakeholders. Communicates customer needs and complaints to OnSite Leadership andappropriate Endo/cross-divisional representatives.  

• Identify continuing education opportunities, schedule/host in-services, if applicable. 

• Attends customer huddles & meetings as invited. 

• Coordinates ordelegates equipment management, repairs tracking, and loaner coordination, if applicable. 

• Supports projectsand continuous improvement initiatives within OnSite. 

• Adhere to HIPAA and other related patient confidentiality policies and procedures. 

• Adheres to all policies and procedures put forth in the Stryker code of conduct andStryker Employee Handbook. Embodies Stryker’s core values and leadership expectations.  

• Obtain andmaintain a HSPA Certification, asrequired. 

• Carries outadditional responsibilities as assigned by direct manager.  

• Demonstrates professional work ethic and attitude at all times. 

• Maintain professional appearance, work ethic, and attitude required by Stryker and the medical facility.  

• Adhere to (HIPAA) and other related patient confidentiality policies and procedures.  

Education & special trainings:
