Regional Finance Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1.Copilot dedicated provinces to achieve 2026 business target, include NSV, TE Shape, Cash and SE delivery

2.Copilot RDD (Regional Distributor Development) team on WS/EOM/Selling DT channel TE budgeting

3.Copilot RCM (Regional Customer Marketing) team on CPD budgeting

4.Fully in charge of dedicated provinces and channels TE forecast, closing, reporting and var analysis

5.Support Regional Finance Controller to complete North Region Sales Incentive Plan preparation and submission 

6.Support dedicated provinces to evaluate distributor contracts and trade investment contracts to ensure pricing, trading terms, and promotional discounts strictly adhere to guidelines

7.Onsite resources to support finance related enquiry from sales team

Experience & Qualifications:

1.University and above degree with minimum 5 years above financial experience, prior experience in co-piloting is preferred.

2.Good learning agility, business acumen and ability to provide insight with data and perspective to business.

3.Good inter-personal, communication skills; good at English.

4.Good process management

5.Team player, yet able to stand alone
