Title:Regional Clinical Lead Nurs-e Practitioner
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Onsite)
Position Type: Full Time - Mon-Fri 08:00am-05:00pm
Compensation
Pay Range:$170,000 - $175,000 Per Year
Description
This position involves providing clinical leadership and nurse practitioner services across multiple sites in Brooklyn, NY.
The role requires full-time commitment with regular travel between locations to ensure continuity of care and address operational needs.
The practitioner will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to maintain consistent clinical practices and effectively manage participant care.
Requirements
Graduated from a nurse practitioner education program acceptable to NYSED or certified by a national certifying organization.
Minimum of two years of clinical practice in primary care, home care, or care management.
At least one year of experience working with an adult population.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Basic proficiency in generic office software.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
Two years of clinical practice experience required.
One year of experience with adult populations required.
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in analytical and research tasks.
Project management capabilities.
Basic computer skills.
