Job Title: Regeneration Operator

Location: Baytown, TX

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr

Duration: 12 Months

Summary:

• As a Regeneration Operator with our Water Technologies Division, you will play a critical role in plant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Regenerate ion exchange resins and other filtration media.
• Prepare mobile filtration units, including proper resin loading, equipment checks, and ensuring test kits, meters, pumps, and other materials are ready.
• Operate a forklift as necessary for the preparation of mobile units.
• Perform quality control checks of the mobile units prior to dispatch.
• Handle chemicals such as NaOH, HCL, NaCL, etc., as part of the regeneration process.
• Oversee chemical vendor offloading to tanks and transfers.
