Supervisor de Producción (Production Floor Supervisor) - Monterrey

Every bouquet we ship started as a bag of plain wood shavings and a date that cannot move.

Our floor in Monterrey turns sola wood into wedding flowers - cut, shaped, dyed, and assembled by hand. Roughly 100 people, two kinds of work running side by side: high-volume catalog production and made-to-order bridal builds with a wedding date stamped on them. Brides do not accept "we ran behind on Tuesday."

We are hiring a hands-on Production Supervisor to run a crew on that floor, day to day, hour to hour.

What your day looks like

  • You start before the line does: yesterday's output, today's plan, where the gaps are.
  • You assign labor across stations, rebalance when a build falls behind, and keep both standard SKUs and custom wedding orders moving at once.
  • You train new hires to standard, coach your leads, and correct quality at the station - not in a report next week.
  • You track output, first-pass quality, and hours per unit, and you can explain every miss with data.
  • You flag material shortages, equipment issues, and process problems early, and you help fix them - not just escalate them.

Who does well here

People who like the floor more than the desk. You will spend your day standing next to the work. When a pallet needs moving and you are the one there, you move the pallet.

We run on data. Arguments get settled with numbers, not seniority. Nobody gets punished for surfacing a bad number - people get in trouble for hiding one.

We run on EOS / Traction, borrow from Scaling Up and OKRs, and we define your targets with you in writing before you start. No surprise scorecards.

What you need

  • 2+ years supervising or leading a production, assembly, packaging, or fulfillment crew - directly responsible for 15 or more people
  • Experience in hand-assembly, made-to-order, or labor-intensive manufacturing (furniture, decor, apparel, packaging, promo goods, maquila-style assembly)
  • Fluent spoken and written English - daily calls with our US team. Not flexible.
  • Comfort with ERP/WMS data and solid Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups)
  • On-site every day in Monterrey (Finsa Guadalupe)
  • References we can call

Do not apply if you want a 9-to-5 desk role, you manage by email from an office, or you need a large corporate structure around you. We are a 100-person company. Some weeks you will help with a hiring push, a training program, or a supplier problem, because that is what the floor needs.

What you get

  • A crew and a shift you genuinely own
  • A direct line to company leadership and a clear growth path toward running the full floor
  • Written targets and a defined compensation philosophy - growth is not a mystery here
  • A front-row seat as a 100-person company becomes a much bigger one

How hiring works

A short first interview, then a deeper practical interview about how you run a crew. Average time to hire is 8 to 10 days. Apply now and expect to hear back this week.
