Production Operator

What You'll Do

• Follow all WHS regulations Demonstrate safe work practices including reporting of near misses, hazards, and incidents promptly.
• Adhere to all quality procedures and reporting requirements to meet required standards.
• Participate in meetings, discussions, training sessions, cross-training, and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by adhering to our processes.
• Conduct daily operations efficiently to meet cycle requirement times.
• Effectively communicate to your supervisor or manager highlighting any issues regarding safety, quality, and output results.
• Engage in Aristocrat's Due Diligence framework and complete Compliance training and audits as required.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed, leading to Zero Compliance breaches.
• Understand and demonstrate Aristocrat’s Values and behaviors.
• Perform assembly tasks as directed as set out in relevant documents, processes, procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Formal qualifications in manufacturing or a similar field are desirable but not essential.
• Manufacturing/Inventory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and exposure to ERP Systems, including Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 is preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Previous frontline leadership experience will be well regarded.

Physical Requirements:

• The employee must be able to lift and move up to 20 kg short distances with/without mechanical aid and frequently lift and/or move 10 kg.
• Employees must also wear appropriate personal protection equipment, such as steel-toe shoes, where applicable (provided by company).
• Must be able to work in hot or cold climatic environments and conditions.
• Must be capable of handling and positioning EGM cabinets through pushing or pulling movements.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk through the entire shift.
