AbouttheRole

AsanIntegrationConsultantwithinourFinanceOperations(FinOps)team,youplayakeyroleinensuringthestability,security,andeffectivenessoffinancialintegrationsacrosstheSDWorxecosystem.

Youwillberesponsibleforthedeployment,support,andcontinuousimprovementofintegrationsbuiltonSAPBusinessTechnologyPlatform(BTP)andSAPS/4HANAPublicCloud.Workingcloselywithinternalteams,customers,andexternalpartners,youwillhelpdeliverreliableintegrationsolutionsthatsupportourfinanceprocessesandbusinessobjectives.

WhatYou'llDo

IntegrationOperations&Support

• Provideoperationalsupportforfinanceintegrations,includingIncident,Problem,andChangeManagementactivities.

• Monitor,maintain,andcontinuouslyimproveinterfacesbetweenSAPS/4HANAFinancePublicCloudandotherSDWorxsolutions.

• Collaboratewithexternalserviceprovidersandthird-partyvendorsoncomplexsupportissuesandescalations.

• Ensureintegrationscomplywithestablishedsecuritystandards,policies,andprocedures.

• SupportMasterDataManagementactivitiesbyanalysingdataqualityissuesanddrivingimprovementinitiatives.

• Contributetoreportingandanalyticssolutionsbyassessingbusinessneedsandsupportingenhancementdelivery.

ProjectDelivery&Implementation

• Deploy,configure,andtroubleshootintegrationsolutionswithinSAPBTPandrelatedplatforms.

• Supportdatamigrationandmasterdatacleansingactivitiesduringimplementationprojects.

• Participateintestingactivities,includingpreparation,execution,andissueresolution.

• Createandmaintaincleartechnicalandfunctionaldocumentationtoensureknowledgeretentionandoperationalexcellence.

• Buildstrongrelationshipswithinternalstakeholders,customers,andpartners.

WhatYou'llBring

RequiredQualifications&Experience

• Bachelor'sdegree,diploma,orequivalentexperienceinInformationTechnologyorarelatedfield.

• Atleast1yearofhands-onexperiencewithSAPBTPand/orSAPCloudIntegration(CPI).

• Experienceworkinginaninternationalsupportorprojectdeliveryenvironment.

• Understandingofsystemintegrationconcepts,architectures,andintegrationlandscapes.

• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.

• Aproactiveandstructuredwayofworking,withtheabilitytoworkindependently.

• ExcellentcommunicationskillsinEnglish.

NicetoHave

• ExperiencewithFinanceprocessesorfinancialsystems.

• KnowledgeofFrench,Dutch,and/orGerman.
