About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilledSenior Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and own modern enterprise infrastructure platforms.

This is ahands-on engineering leadership role focused onplatform architecture, automation at scale, and engineering standards. You will define how infrastructure is built, scaled, and operated across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Design and own infrastructure platforms:
  • VMware and/or Nutanix
  • Windows and Linux environments
• Architect and implementInfrastructure-as-Code (IaC) frameworks
• Define and enforceengineering standards (IaC-first, reusable modules, code reviews)
• Lead automation initiatives to eliminate manual work at scale
• Own thefull platform lifecycle (design, deploy, scale, optimize)
• Design and supportKubernetes / container platforms
• Leadincident response and root cause analysis
• Define and improvedisaster recovery strategy
• Mentor engineers and drive technical quality

What You Bring (Required to Qualify)

Experience

• 6–8+ years of hands-on infrastructure engineering
• Experience owning and operatingproduction platforms at scale

Technical Requirements

• Strong expertise in:
  • Terraform and/or Ansible (building reusable solutions)
  • PowerShell, Python, or Bash
  • VMware and/or Nutanix
  • Windows and/or Linux
• Experience withKubernetes or container platforms

Must-Have Capabilities

You must be able to clearly demonstrate:

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Ownership ofinfrastructure platforms end-to-end
• Experiencedesigning architecture, not just implementing
• Creation ofreusable IaC frameworks or standards used by others
• Leadership inengineering standards or code quality practices
• Drivingroot cause analysis and long-term system improvements

What This Role Is NOT

• Not a ticket-based or operations role
• Not focused on routine system administration
• Not an advisory-only position—this ishands-on ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience definingautomation or IaC governance (GitOps, PR standards)
• Experience designingKubernetes platforms at scale
• Exposure tostorage, backup, or DR strategy design
• Experience withAI-assisted engineering tools
