Centralized Vehicle Appraiser

The Centralized Vehicle Appraiser is responsible for reviewing electronic trade/sell submissions from customers and providing a swift and accurate purchase offer. Appraisers negotiate pricing, understand vehicle condition, the subsequent costs involved in reconditioning, and make financially sound purchasing decisions for the company.

Location: Remote

Pay Range: The annual salary range for this position is$50,000 to $75,000. The anticipated hiring range is$60,000, with final compensation determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and overall alignment with the role.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for acquiring used-car inventory through, direct contacts, generated leads, and internet inquiries from customers
• Appraise vehicles, understand vehicle condition, negotiate price, make financially sound purchasing decisions, and ensures timely processing of all leads
• Responsible for understanding retail trends and participating in the inventory planning process
• Requires working in a fast-paced team environment, being effective as a self-starter and working individually as needs dictate
• Understand market tendencies and the changes to the trends in all geographic areas
• Effectively utilize lead management tools

• 3 years experience in virtual vehicle appraising
