Job Description

1. Mass Recruitment in the position of Direct Sales and Technician for Broadband Business and related in Eastern Area - (ROE):
- Lead and manage high volumn of recruitment initiatives to meet business hiring targets
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and selection
- Build talent pipelines and maintain strong candidate databases

2. Performance Management:
- Support implementation of performance management systems and processes
- Partner with managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans

3. Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation
- Analyze feedback to improve employee experience and retention

4. Employee Relations & Disciplinary:
- Handle employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies
- Manage disciplinary processes, including investigations and documentation
- Provide guidance to managers on conflict resolution and employee concerns

5. HR Business Partnering:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR matters
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Support organizational development and change management initiatives

6. Other related tasks as assigned by Manager
