Salary: $57,750 - $77,000 per year + annual performance based bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:
We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented analyst to join the Quantitative Analytics team! This role supports enterprise reporting, data analysis, and insight generation that helps the firm measure and manage performance. As a junior analyst, you will work closely with senior team members to learn analytical frameworks, build foundational technical skills, and contribute to meaningful projects. This is an individual contributor role focused on growth, execution, and learning.Â
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, data science, computer science, or a related field preferredÂ
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be consideredÂ
Responsibilities:
Apply AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate insight generation under the guidance of senior team members.Â
Conduct data gathering, cleaning, validation, and exploratory analysis to support team projectsÂ
Learn and apply team standards for data quality, documentation, and analytical rigorÂ
Collaborate with team members to understand business context and translate data into clear summariesÂ
Contribute to ad hoc analyses and data requests from Finance and business partnersÂ
Proactively seek feedback, ask questions, and develop domain knowledge in finance and analyticsÂ
Support quality assurance and testing of analytical outputs before delivery to stakeholdersÂ
Leverage approved generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms) to enhance productivity in data analysis, documentation, research, coding, and reporting activities while adhering to company data security and governance standards.Â
Basic Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related quantitative fieldÂ
Foundational knowledge of data analysis concepts, statistics, and problem-solving approachesÂ
Familiarity with data tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, Power BI, or similar platformsÂ
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data handling and reportingÂ
Effective written and verbal communication skillsÂ
Eagerness to learn, take direction, and grow within a collaborative team environmentÂ
Ability to manage time effectively and deliver work on schedule with appropriate guidanceÂ
Preferred Requirements:
Exposure to financial services, wealth management, or regulated industry environmentsÂ
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake), or BI toolsÂ
Coursework or project experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, or data visualizationÂ
Interest in automation, process improvement, and scalable analytical solutionsÂ
