Salary: $150,000–$160,000, based on experience

We are seeking an experiencedIT Director to lead the strategy, security, infrastructure, and day-to-day operations of our company’s technology environment. This hands-on leadership role will ensure our IT systems effectively support manufacturing and business operations while maintaining a secure, reliable, and efficient technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy, roadmap, and technology priorities.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers,PLEX ERP/MRP, computers, telecommunications, cloud applications, and user access.
• Lead cybersecurity, including endpoint protection, backups, access controls, vulnerability management, incident response, and disaster recovery.
• Oversee help desk and technical support to ensure timely resolution of employee technology issues.
• Manage IT vendors, consultants, software providers, and service agreements.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, including hardware, software, services, and capital expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity, data protection, contractual, and industry requirements.
• Partner with executive leadership, operations, engineering, finance, HR, and other departments to identify technology needs and improve business processes.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive IT experience, including IT operations leadership.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, systems administration, and data protection.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (ITAR requirement).
• Must speak and read English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive IT experience, preferably within manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing systems and technology, including ERP/MRP environments.
• Proven experience managing IT projects, vendors, budgets, and technology implementations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical problem solving.
