We are Hiring for Recruitment Operations Leadat Sunrise Biztech Systems(Manyata Tech Park), Bangalore.
Position: Recruitment Operations Lead
Location: Manyata Tech Park - Bangalore, INDIA
Shift Timings: 6:00 pm to 3:00am (IST) with only 5 days working (Sat & Sun Fixed off)

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Source and match candidates based on job requirements
- Post and refresh jobs across multiple job boards and ATS platforms
- Manage recruiter assignments and monitor submission quality
- Handle client submissions through VMS portals such as Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday, etc.
- Monitor client portal/email alerts and ensure timely responses
- Prepare recruitment reports, tracking sheets, and operational dashboards
- Mentor and guide a small team of coordinators
- Support data mining, recruitment insights, and process improvements
- Work on AI tools, automation initiatives, and productivity enhancements
- Experience in US Staffing / Recruitment Operations
- Strong hands-on experience with ATS/VMS platforms
- Good understanding of candidate sourcing and matching
- Team handling and coordination skills
- Strong Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience with AI tools, automation, analytics, or recruitment process optimization
- Exposure to JobDiva, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and major VMS platforms
