We are seeking a talented and organized Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team in Bengaluru, India. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design projects, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables.Â
- Coordinate and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standardsÂ
- Collaborate with designers, clients, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and facilitate effective communicationÂ
- Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentationÂ
- Schedule and coordinate design review meetings, presentations, and client approvalsÂ
- Assist in creating project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plansÂ
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to team members and managementÂ
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all projectsÂ
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for production and delivery of design materialsÂ
- Assist in the development of design concepts and provide constructive feedbackÂ
- Perform quality checks on design deliverables before client presentation or productionÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture and Post graduation in project management or construction management or equivalentÂ
- 3 to 5 years of similar experienceÂ
- Canada Project Experience is preferredÂ
- Oracle (Project Management Tool) experience is preferredÂ
- Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) is preferredÂ
- Strong knowledge of design principles, trends, and best practicesÂ
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyÂ
- Experience with project management methodologiesÂ
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesÂ
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentÂ
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirementsÂ
- Team player with a collaborative mindsetÂ
