Job Summary

We are looking for aUX/UI Designer with Business Analysis capabilities to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This role is primarily focused onUX/UI design, while also bridging business needs and user expectations through structured analysis.

The ideal candidate excels atunderstanding user behavior, translating business requirements into design solutions, and delivering visually engaging, functional interfaces.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

UX/UI Design (Primary Focus)

• Designuser-centered interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
• Createwireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Define and improveuser journeys, flows, and interaction models.
• Ensureconsistency across UI components and design systems.
• Conductusability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate with developers to ensureaccurate implementation of designs.

Business Analysis (Supporting Role)

• Gather and clarifybusiness and user requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements intouser stories, use cases, and functional specs.
• Align design solutions withbusiness goals and product strategy.
• Facilitate discussions betweenbusiness, technical teams, and users.
• Supportbacklog refinement and prioritization.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely withProduct Owners, Developers, and stakeholders.
• Participate inAgile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Advocate foruser experience best practices across the team.
• Continuously improve design processes, tools, and standards.

Mandatory Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree inDesign, HCI, Business, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI design (with some BA exposure).
• Strong portfolio demonstratingUX/UI design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency indesign tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conductinguser research and usability testing.
• Familiarity withdesign systems and accessibility standards.
• Basic understanding offront-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Experience working inAgile environments.
• Ability to usedata/analytics to inform design decisions.
