Education and Experience »
 
  • 3-5 years experience as being a Clinical Source
 
 
Knowledge and Skills:
 
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM platforms, referrals, social media, professional associations, and networking events.
  • Clinical Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified clinical talent to support current and future hiring needs
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies, attract high-quality candidates, and create talent pools for hard-to-fill
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified clinical candidates, including pharmacists, pharmacy manager.
