Pay Range: $40 to $45/hour on W2

Senior Technical Sourcer responsible for building proactive talent pipelines and market intelligence for highly specialized semiconductor and technology roles. The role requires deep expertise in sourcing passive candidates across engineering disciplines using advanced recruiting tools, Boolean search, talent mapping, and personalized outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies, talent maps, target-company lists, and market research for specialized semiconductor talent.
• Source passive candidates across NAND, SSD, firmware, ASIC, device, design, product, process, validation, manufacturing, AI, and data engineering.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, Boolean search, referrals, professional communities, and approved sourcing platforms.
• Rediscover and engage prior applicants, silver medalists, leads, and existing talent-pool candidates.
• Create personalized outreach and conduct initial candidate qualification.
• Maintain accurate sourcing, outreach, candidate status, notes, and handoff information in SmartRecruiters.

Must Have

• 5+ years of technical sourcing experience focused on hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• Semiconductor industry sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Strong technical recruiting/sourcing experience across specialized engineering functions.
• Expert proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, including complex searches, projects, pipelines, and outreach.
• Advanced Boolean search skills across recruiting platforms and open-web sources.
• Proficiency with SmartRecruiters for candidate search, Sourcing experience – JuiceBox/8-fold/SeekOut
