Recruiter

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (to include but not limited to):
-Coordinate new hire onboarding activities during recruitment phase
-Maintain internal posting process
-Conduct phone screens, interviews and formulate offers for open hourly positions to quality candidates
-Utilize company candidate management software for the purpose of recruitment
-Conduct pre-employment screenings to ensure candidates meet hiring guidelines
-Compile and report data regarding recruitment and trends (i.e. Orientation List, 4pm Report etc.)
-Positively support business plan goals

PERORM THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS:
-Ensure compliance with laws and regulations o Exhibit safety awareness and competence with attention to detail
-Communicate and serve as a role model for policies and procedures enforcement o -Conduct training for management on new initiatives to Support and serve as a role model for KPl's of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale and Environment
-Act as a role model for alt Associates and adhere to the company core values:

-Support continuous improvement activity surrounding recruitment practices
-Work to meet customer's expectations and fulfill their needs maintaining communication and good rapport
-Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information and sustains trust with peers and customers
-Participating and/or facilitating HR or related projects
-Support leadership with other assigned duties and tasks

PERIODIC JOB FUNCTIONS (to include but not limited to):
-Assist with front window coverage as needed
-Assist in preparations for orientations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS):
-High School Diploma or GED (required) Basic knowledge and understanding of federal, state HR
-Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting role regulations or equivalent HR experience
-Must be flexible to work different hours as needed by
-Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication the department/business organization skills
-Able to lift 401bs occasionally
