Clayton Services is searching for aRecruiter to join a well-established last-mile delivery and logistics company in the Houston area. The Recruiter will manage active inbound calls from drivers, pitching company projects, and converting interested callers into active drivers.

Pay Rate:Negotiable annual salary plus commission (depending on experience)

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Manage active inbound phone calls from drivers inquiring about open positions and project work
• Delivering pitches regarding company culture, stability, and project advantages to convert leads to active drivers
• Collaborate closely with dispatch and logistics teams to rapidly scale up operations for new projects
• Assist with high-volume onboarding coordination during periods to meet strict project deadlines
• Serve as a professional, mature, and supportive point of contact for the driver network
• Maintain a results-driven focus to consistently meet or exceed driver acquisition targets
• Adapt to flexible hours and extended days when critical project demands arise

• Fully bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive sales skills
• Mature, confident, and highly professional phone presence
• Exceptional self-motivation and a competitive, results-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth team environment

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 1–3 years of professional sales or logistics experience
• Previous experience or a strong interest in the supply chain and logistics
• Strong communication and sales-minded capabilities are prioritized
• Proven ability to work successfully in an environment requiring accountability and direct results
