- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify top IT talent through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Build strong pipelines of candidates for requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirement
- These are Night Shift roles. (US Timings) - 6.30 PM IST to 3.30 PM EST
- In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet the company's needs.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
