Summary:
Supporting full cycle recruitment for a variety of production, management and support roles in North America for Oil & Gas and Marine division. Projected to support a volume of 20-30 requisitions at any given time. May support other Power & Energy segments with hiring projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Hosting TA strategy meetings with business partners for assigned roles.
- Reviewing applications and sourcing talent for assigned roles
- Screening candidates through video or phone interview to determine fit
- Presenting top talent to managers and scheduling interviews for consideration
- Managing offer process and negotiations
- Managing candidate experience to ensure a positive experience through their first week of employment
- Building relationships with business partners
- Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting: Ability to identify and select technical talent for roles across engineering, skilled trades, technology or commercial functions. Ability to understand technical job requirements and manage end-to-end recruitment
- Advanced Sourcing Capability: Knowledge of techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract, engage, and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates. Able to build pipelines for hard-to-fil skill sets for critical roles within the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Working knowledge of relationship management techniques, and the ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with hiring managers, HR and TA peers.
Qualification:
- Years of experience: 3 or more years of full cycle recruitment experience
- Degree requirement: Equivalent work experience can be considered in lieu of a college degree.
- High school diploma is required and should include 6+ years’ work experience
- Associate’s degree (5+ years’ experience)
- Bachelor’s degree (3+ years’ experience)
- Master’s degree (3+ years’ experience)
Skills:
- Sourcing experience with LinkedIn and Indeed tools
- Workday ATS experience
- CRM Tools experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- High sense of urgency
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to adapt and manage changing priorities
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $32.00 - $33.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
