Recreational Camp Specialist

FieldBridge Energy seeks a West Columbia, TX - based Recreational Camp Specialist to work for the world’s 2nd largest oilfield service company.We offer weekly pay and benefits. 

Pay / Schedule:
$17.00/hr. Monday - Friday, 8 hrs/day. 100% Onsite. At 40 hrs per week for example,earn weekly paychecks of $680. Weekly pay + benefits.

Support guided hunting and fishing trips for individuals and groups at a private ranch property used for client entertainment. This role combines outdoor guiding experience with hands-on care of grounds, equipment, and animals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Plan hunting and fishing trip itineraries, picking the best routes and sites based on knowledge of the land
• Transport guests, equipment, and supplies to hunting and fishing areas
• Explain hunting and fishing laws and make sure groups follow them
• Instruct guests on the safe use of hunting and fishing gear
• Give first aid to injured individuals when needed
• Help with maintenance and repairs of facilities, grounds, and equipment
• Care for animals on the property

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in hunting, fishing, and camping in the outdoor recreation or guide industry
• Working knowledge of Texas hunting and fishing regulations
• Comfortable instructing groups on gear use and field safety
• Basic maintenance and repair skills
• Valid driver’s license (non-commercial)
• Ability to work under close supervision and follow site protocols
