Greet and announce visitors in a cordial and professional manner. Handle incoming mail and couriers. Provide general support to managers and fellow employees within the office. Maintain appearance and upkeep of main reception area. Maintain phone lists. Qualifications include: Previous experience working in a professional and customer oriented environment.
