BMW of Silver Spring is growing — and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated part-time Receptionist to join our team!

What You’ll Do

As our Receptionist, you’ll help create an exceptional first impression by:

• Welcoming and assisting customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
• Answering incoming phone calls and directing customers to the appropriate department
• Taking messages and providing basic information
• Preparing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assisting with administrative and clerical duties as needed
• Helping keep the dealership experience organized, professional, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is personable, dependable, professional, and ready to learn.

You’ll ideally have:

• One year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Automotive dealership experience is preferred, buta passion for learning and excellent customer service are just as important
• The ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
• The ability to write simple correspondence
• Basic Microsoft Office, computer, internet, and general mathematics skills
• A positive attitude and professional communication style
