Corpay is currently looking to hire a Receptionist within our CLC division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Lexington, KY. In this onsite role, you will create a welcoming, secure, and well-organized reception experience while providing administrative and facilities support.Â

Role Responsibilities
Â
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Â
- Greet and screen visitors, manage vendor access, administer the employee and visitor badge program, and participate in emergency safety protocols.
- Monitor and order office, kitchen, and first-aid supplies, manage locker assignments, maintain cleaning stations, and update the Facility Manager on site needs.
- Manage all mail, packages, and deliveries, process FedEx invoices and bank deposits, prepare monthly expense reports, and run local errands.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, assist with cross-functional new-hire onboarding (HR, IT, L&D), and conduct site tours as requested.
- Coordinate catering and floral arrangements for meetings, assist with cross-functional projects, prepare branded meeting materials, and maintain office name-plates and the Wall of Fame.

Qualifications & Skills
Â
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated verbal communication and customer-service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with appropriate attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and to collaborate effectively with employees, visitors, vendors, and leaders
- Demonstrated reliability, sound judgment, discretion, and a professional approach when handling confidential information
- Ability to work outside regular business hours, including overtime, as business needs require
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation, including working primarily in an office setting; sitting for extended periods; and occasionally standing, walking, bending, kneeling, opening cabinets, and moving mail, files, or office supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
