Receiving Clerk

We seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Receiving Clerk to support warehouse and manufacturing operations. The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, and organizing incoming materials, parts, and products to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient production workflow. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory integrity and supporting timely manufacturing and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments using a forklift or a skid steer
• Inspect incoming shipments and notify supervisor or receiving clerk of any quality concerns
• Notify supervisor or clerk to contact supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified
• Label deliveries, scan items into stock, and place them in their designated place
• Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
• Perform regular housekeeping duties in the warehouse and keep things organized
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.

• All other duties as assigned. Cross training for other areas is expected.

• One (1) to three (3) years of progressive and relevant work experience in receiving. Warehouse environment preferred.
• Basic Math and recording abilities
• Forklift training and certification or ability to obtain certification required;
• Experience operating skid steers is helpful, particularly with quick-changing attachments
