Real Estate Paralegal

We are seeking aReal Estate Paralegal with solid experience in all aspects ofcommercial real estate, including title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing.
Candidates must be highly organized, able to prioritize, work well as part of a team, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong working knowledge ofMicrosoft Word and Excel is required.

Requirements:

• College degree and/or paralegal certificate
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong commercial real estate experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
