Your Responsibilities
- Review Agreements of Purchase and Sale, with mortgage commitments for all types of residential properties, including condominiums, freehold and pre-construction sale agreements along with status certificates'
- Negotiate and draft contractual agreements and undertakings
- Review title searches and off-title searches and prepare and review Requisition Letters and replies thereto as applicable;
- Meet with clients in person or virtually to review documentation, attend to closings, register transactions and documents, review reporting letters
What You Bring
- 4+ years of previous practice experience working on Real Estate matters
- A member in good standing of the Law Society of Alberta
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
$120,000 - $160,000
