Contract Details

- Pay Rate: $30.00β$32.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: Days (First Shift)
- Travel Requirements: Yes β valid driver's license required; must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the Company's vehicle driving privileges

Job Summary
The team is open to seeingAssistant and Staff Level candidates for this role (Assistant or Staff Right of Way Specialist). This is an urgent need, and the team is seeking two people. Local candidates only.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, prepare, review and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits and licenses
- Complete rights and restriction reviews
- Complete permitting requirements as needed
- Research and review of real property related documents
- Understand and interpret easement agreements
- Support translation of data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database
- Complete quality assurance reviews of stakeholder management database entries from Right of Way field agents
- Compile technical data to be presented to Right of Way project team
- Support project managers, design engineers, environmental consultants, GIS mapping specialists, vegetation management team, Right of Way managers and real estate coordinators as required
- Attend and participate in public open houses as requested
- Support Client needs as directed
- Efficient at working independently as well as in team environment
- Manage and oversee several projects at once
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in working with spreadsheets and other task tracking software
- Capable of working with diverse skill sets in fast paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Team player focused on Client service
- Well organized and able to simultaneously pursue and track multiple project efforts
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Electric facilities or railroads preferred but not required
- Experience with Google Earth and familiarity with construction drawings is preferred but not required
- Designation from IRWA not required but desirable
Education Requirements
- High school diploma minimum β with 5 years of relevant experience required
- Associate's degree minimum β with 3 years of relevant experience required
- Bachelor's degree minimum β with 2 years of relevant experience required
Required Experience
- HS minimum: 5 years relevant experience
- Associate's minimum: 3 years relevant experience
- Bachelor's minimum: 2 years relevant experience
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Valid driver's license required; must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the Company's vehicle driving privileges
- MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check required
