Position Overview

A leading law firm is seeking a skilled Real Estate Associate to join its transactional real estate practice in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, with a focus on land, multifamily, and condominium projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with mid-level and senior attorneys on a broad range of real estate matters, delivering high-quality legal services to clients. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing, and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements.

• Review and analyze title commitments, title documents, and property surveys.

• Draft and review condominium documents and related transactional agreements.

• Support transactions involving land, multifamily properties, and condominium developments.

• Conduct legal research and prepare transaction-related documents and memoranda.

• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm to manage transactions and address complex legal issues.

• Provide practical legal support throughout all stages of commercial real estate transactions.

Required Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate law.

• Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate financings.

• Experience with land, multifamily, and condominium projects.

• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, title and survey matters, and condominium documents.

• Admission to practice law in theState of Florida.

• Strong academic credentials.

• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Compensation

The anticipated annual salary range is$205,000–$235,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
