Role: React JS Frontend Developer
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (6 Months)
Contract Duration: The candidates contract will be for 6 Months with extension possibility
Experience: 5 to 12 Years relevant experience ONLY
Salary/Pay Rate:Up to 70K Euros/Annum
Work Mode: Hybrid - 3 days a week in client office

Job Description:

Role Summary

The Senior Frontend Engineer will be a key contributor to building the user interface for the project This role involves developing highquality features collaborating with the team to solve complex problems and contributing to the overall technical excellence of the frontend application

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop test and maintain highquality features and components using React
• Write clean maintainable and welltested code
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Frontend Engineer backend engineers and designers
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to establishing best practices
• Contribute to the entire frontend development lifecycle from technical design to deployment

Required Skills Qualifications:

• Expert knowledge of the latest version of ReactJS including the use of hooks and new features in React 18
• Expert knowledge of HTML best practices including semantic HTML and writing accessible markup
• Expert knowledge of CSS including vanilla CSS and writing scalable CSS systems
• Proficiency with modern frontend tooling including Webpack Babel and NPM
• Strong experience with version control using Git and platforms like GitHub
• Experience with CSSinJS libraries
• Experience building and maintaining component libraries or design systems
• Familiarity with Storybook for component development and documentation
• Experience with or strong understanding of microfrontend architectures
