Required Skills • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns relevant to frontend development. • Good understanding of web security principles (XSS, CSRF, CSP, secure authentication flows). • Experience building and maintaining large-scale, enterprise-grade UI components. • Familiarity with DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar). • Knowledge of AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate coding, debugging, and code review workflows. • Comfortable working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with cross-functional teams. • Good communication skills to collaborate with backend engineers, QA, and product teams. • Self-driven with the ability to pick up tasks, resolve blockers, and deliver with minimal hand-holding. • Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech domain is a plus. What you will do • Design and develop high-quality, performant frontend features using ReactJS and TypeScript for banking and financial products. • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules — from technical design through development, testing, and release. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established coding standards. • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed. • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product owners to translate requirements into working software. • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across the codebase. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and cross-browser compatibility challenges. • Contribute to improving development workflows, build processes, and overall engineering efficiency. Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years Qualifications • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience). • 6–8 years of hands-on experience building frontend applications in enterprise or product based organizations. C2 - Restricted use • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). • Deep hands-on experience with ReactJS (functional components, hooks, context API). • Strong working knowledge of TypeScript for building type-safe, scalable frontend applications. • Working experience with Node.js for build tooling or backend-for-frontend layers. • Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, Redux Toolkit, or equivalent middleware such as Redux-Saga/Redux-Thunk). • Solid understanding of React testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Library, or similar).
