Must:
- 5+ years of Hands on React experience
- Ability to learn Backend (Java)
- Hands on experience with automated frameworks - Cypress, Jasimine, Karma, Protactor, and PLAYWRITE.
- Experience managing the deployments and build frameworks
- Good software Development fundamentals - understand design patterns, ability to develop in a structured way
- Good understanding with AI in a professional setting.
- Experience working with traders (equity/derivatives) - spending time working directly with the trading desk to help traders, solicit feedback, and advocate for the platform once familiar with capabilities
- Great communication & outgoing personality
- Working day in and day out with Traders - communication must be sharp
Plus:
- Java backend exp or ability/want to learn it
- If they have not worked on a trading desk alongside traders, having good trade lifecycle exp would be needed
