Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js
· Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalability and consistency
· Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into clean, efficient code
· Optimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
· Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
· Feature testing
· Lead front-end architecture decisions and contribute to technical design discussions
· Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards
· Ensure best practices in state management, component design, and performance optimization
· Write unit and integration tests to ensure UI reliability and quality
· Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation
Required Qualifications
· 5–8 years of experience in front-end or UI development
· Hands-on experience with React.js
· Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
· Experience with modern React features: Hooks, Context, functional components etc
· Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux
· Strong experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services
· Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· AI enabled development skills
· Experience with TypeScript
· Familiarity with Next.js or other React frameworks
· Experience with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra, etc.)
· Knowledge of performance monitoring and optimization tools
· Experience working in large-scale applications
· Android Native knowledge is a plus
