Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled React Developer with hands-on experience in React.js 18 to develop, maintain, and optimize modern, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of JavaScript, React Hooks, state management, reusable components, and front-end performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React.js 18.
- Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Work with React Hooks, includinguseState,useEffect,useContext,useMemo, anduseCallback.
- Implement state management using Redux Toolkit, Context API, or other relevant libraries.
- Develop functional components using modern React features.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data fetching.
- Optimize application performance using code splitting, lazy loading, and memoization.
- Implement routing using React Router.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams.
- Debug issues, perform code reviews, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Write unit and component tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or equivalent tools.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, particularly React 18.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of React Hooks and component lifecycle concepts.
- Knowledge of React 18 features, including automatic batching, concurrent rendering concepts, andcreateRoot.
- Experience with Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar state management solutions.
- Experience integrating REST APIs using Fetch or Axios.
- Familiarity with React Router and modern front-end development practices.
- Experience with Git and code collaboration tools.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of front-end build tools such as Vite or Webpack.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Next.js or server-side rendering concepts.
- Experience with Jest and React Testing Library.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and web performance optimization.
