Job Description

Infosys is seeking a skilledReact Developer to support a key engagement withState Street. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance, scalable front-end applications used in enterprise financial services environments. This role requires strong expertise in React.js, modern JavaScript, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications usingReact.js
• Translate business and UX requirements into high-quality front-end code
• Collaborate with backend developers, product owners, and designers
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices
• Integrate RESTful APIs and handle state management effectively
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
• Support production releases and resolve application issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of front-end development experience (flexible based on level)
• Strong hands-on experience withReact.js
• Proficiency inJavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience withRedux, Context API, or other state management libraries
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience infinancial services or banking domain
• Knowledge ofTypeScript
• Familiarity withNode.js, Next.js, or micro-frontend architecture
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Experience working in large enterprise or consulting environments
