Our IT team will be expanding again from June 2026. We are currently looking for an IT Service Operations Specialist for our new office in Lisbon.

Your tasks

  • You act as thefirst point of contact for all Service Desk requests, ensuring timely and efficient support for end users

  • Youanalyze and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues

  • Youdocument solutions to support cases and known issues to enable future reference and knowledge sharing

  • Youparticipate in system monitoring and incident management activities

  • Youconfigure and support VMware environments, IP networks, as well as client and server hardware

  • Youmaintain an accurate IT asset inventory

  • Youcontribute to extended Service Desk coverage (e.g., on-call or shift rotation)

Your profile

  • You havestrong communication skills in written and spoken English and German

  • You hold adegree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience

  • You haveinitial experience in handling IT support and service request tickets, ideally in amanufacturing environment using MS365 (we useServiceNow)

  • You havegood knowledge of Microsoft data center and client management services

  • You arewilling and able to travel occasionally
